SiTara’s Story is pleased to invite you to join us at this years Gala Dinner. This highly anticipated event will be held in Canberra on the 22nd June 2024, where we will present the inaugural SiTara Award to shine light on an individual who exemplifies resilience, hard work, and remarkable growth in their empowerment journey. This prestigious award recognizes not only  achievements but also the enduring spirit and determination demonstrated in the face of challenges.

This will be an evening dedicated to women empowerment, gender equality and mental health awareness. Proceeds will benefit the culturally and racially marginalised (CARM) communities in Canberra as well as the mental health awareness programs within marginalised groups in Bangladesh.

A surprise yet amazing ABC presenter will be our MC this evening. This one of a kind gala night will not only offer delicious dinner along with music, fun activities, raffle draws, a multicultural art exhibition, an auction; but also great opportunities to meet amazing human beings and hear their stories.
